Nora Springs Care Center is hiring a Speech Therapist (SLP) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities. Your Impact:

As a Speech Therapist (SLP), you will:

  • Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.

  • Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.

  • Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.

  • Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.

  • Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.

What We're Looking For:

  • State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License - or eligible to sit for board exams

  • Experience preferred - but we're also willing to invest in new grads and Clinical Fellows!
