Job description

Work with Willow has partnered with a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to helping adults navigate substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. We’ve built a warm, collaborative culture where therapists have the support and flexibility needed to thrive.

We’re seeking licensed clinicians and registered interns who are passionate about making a meaningful impact. Experience with substance use disorders is welcome but not required - we value compassion, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What we offer:

  • Full-time W2 position with benefits (part-time considered)
  • Hybrid schedule with flexible hours and the option for a 4-day workweek
  • Private dedicated office space and a supportive, team-oriented environment
  • Salary of $50,000–$60,000
  • Health insurance, PTO, life insurance, 401k, and a $500 annual training stipend

Therapists provide care for adults ages 18+ using modalities that align with their clinical style. Tech-savviness, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Master's degree and applicable licensed required - (RCSWI, RMHCI, RMFTI, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
