Clarity Partners is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst Intern who is curious about technology, enjoys solving business problems, and wants hands-on experience delivering Salesforce solutions for our clients. As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to help gather business requirements, document processes, support testing efforts, and contribute to Salesforce implementations across a variety of industries. This internship is ideal for students interested in consulting, business analysis, CRM technology, and digital transformation. Clarity's internship program requires fulltime onsite reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
  • Create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements sessions alongside senior consultants.
  • Help coordinate testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and test documentation.
  • Assist with project planning activities, including milestone tracking, risk identification, and status reporting.
  • Learn Salesforce best practices while working directly with experienced Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Solution Architects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Completed at least two years toward a bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively on a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with business process mapping or software development methodologies is a plus.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, CRM platforms, Agile methodologies, or SQL is preferred but not required.

The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. Compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
