Job description

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Supervisor at our 4600 130th Ave. Se Calgary T2Z 0C2 location!

We dress burgers. Not you. We never cared much for work uniforms and we're guessing you might feel the same. We want you to work in an environment where you're free to be yourself, we wouldn't have it any other way.


What you will do in this role:

  • Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service

  • Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis

  • Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team

  • Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)

  • Reconcile cash deposits

  • Place orders and perform inventory counts

  • Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

What we are looking for from you:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team

  • Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do

  • Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences

  • Food Handler Certified or willing to certify

  • Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed

  • Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

  • Well organized with ability to multitask

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
