Role Description

As a Welding Supervisor at Inventech Marine Solutions - Life Proof Boats, you will oversee and manage a team of welders to ensure high-quality production. Responsibilities include conducting welding inspections, ensuring quality control standards, coordinating daily workflow, overseeing TIG and standard welding processes, and mentoring team members to maintain high craftsmanship standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bremerton, WA.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, train, and manage a team
  • Proficiency in Welding Inspection and Quality Control processes
  • Expertise in Welding, including TIG Welding, with the ability to perform welding tasks when needed
