To thrive as a Queen, you need a deep understanding of constitutional law, diplomacy, and state protocol, often supported by formal education and lifelong preparation within a royal family. Familiarity with government systems, official ceremonies, and public communication platforms is essential. Exceptional leadership, discretion, and public speaking skills help a Queen build trust and represent the nation effectively. These skills are crucial to maintaining national unity, fulfilling ceremonial duties, and supporting the country's global image.

What are the duties of the Queen?

The Queen, as the head of state in a constitutional monarchy like the United Kingdom, performs ceremonial and representational duties rather than governing the country directly.
