Black Bear Talent : Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Packer
Black Bear Talent is seeking an experienced Packer to join our client's warehouse in Salem. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently pack, label, and prepare items for shipment with great accuracy
  • Verify final quality control of finished goods to ensure top standards
  • Ensure UPC codes are properly affixed on all packages
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and submit documentation promptly
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Capable of standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
