Black Bear Talent is seeking an experienced Packer to join our client's warehouse in Salem. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, and the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack, label, and prepare items for shipment with great accuracy
- Verify final quality control of finished goods to ensure top standards
- Ensure UPC codes are properly affixed on all packages
- Maintain accurate paperwork and submit documentation promptly
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
