Job description

$17-$22/hour depending on experience.

As a packer, you will pack finfish portions for distribution to restaurants using the consolidated sheet. The Packer at KSD is responsible for the timely, orderly, and accurate packaging of all Cutting Room products in preparation for delivery. The Packer makes changes to the consolidated sheet as needed and works closely with the Plant Manager throughout the shift.

Once hired, you will be trained in your area of expertise to ensure your capability and understanding of safety and sanitation. You will be trained on our plant standards and you will contribute and excel in a team service environment. You will be responsible for following all company standards and guidelines, and performs opening, on-going, and closing side-work duties.
