What You'll Do:
As a Lead Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our guest interactions, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Mastering the Register System: Handle all transactions with confidence and accuracy.
  • Managing Special Transactions: Skillfully process returns, price overrides, and other unique scenarios.
  • Opening and Closing Registers: Ensure accurate cash flow and adhere to security procedures.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience Required: Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience.
  • Flexible Schedule: Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • People Person: Naturally enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
  • Proactive Engagement: Ability to intercept, engage, and demonstrate products effectively.
  • Team Spirit: Welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff.
  • Must Be: 18 years or older to apply

Physical Requirements
  • Active Work: Frequently stand, walk, and use hands to handle merchandise.
  • Mobility: Occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
