Your Role: Charlotte Area Sales Representative

As the face of Grapevine in Charlotte, you'll play a pivotal role in selling our premium products and building lasting relationships with our valued customers. We're looking for someone dependable, dedicated, and ready to take full initiative in shaping the success of our sales territory.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Present and sell our exceptional portfolio of Wines, Spirits, and Hemp products with flair and passion.
  • Set and surpass weekly, monthly, and yearly goals.
  • Pave the way for new business by cold-calling and cultivating relationships with restaurants, wine shops, grocery outlets, and hemp accounts.
  • Be the eyes and ears of Grapevine, monitoring growth and identifying opportunities within your territory.
  • Swiftly communicate with accounts, management, and our awesome office team.
  • Showcase our products through supplier ride-withs, in-store events, wine dinners, and staff training.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure seamless payment processes.
  • Team up with the warehouse for coordinated product delivery, going the extra mile during holidays and busy periods.
What We're Looking For:
  • Sales Savvy: Preferably at least two years of sales experience in the fine wine market.
  • Product Passion: Knowledge of wine-growing regions and grapes of France, Spain, and Italy. Spirits knowledge is a plus.
  • License and Drive: Be at least 21 years old with a valid NC driver’s license and insurance.
  • Customer Centric: Proven customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated: Driven to exceed all sales goals and able to work with little supervision.
  • Communication Pro: Excellent writing skills.
