Job Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:

  • Perform full life cycle talent acquisition (TA) duties (workforce planning, sourcing, recruitment,selectionand onboarding) in partnership withHR teamand hiring managers.
  • Build andmaintaina network of professional relationships to develop a highly qualified candidate pool.
  • Establish a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the Company, both internally and externally.
  • Represent the company to outside employment agencies, job fairs, employment conferences, university jobfairsand social media contacts.
  • Facilitate reference checks, pre-employment screenings, and offer negotiation.
  • Build andmaintainexcellent client relationships with hiring managers and HRteamby acting as a recruiting consultant, solving problems, and providing proactive and consistent communications.
  • Strive to meet and exceed key performance metrics including time to fill, quality of hire,offer toacceptance ratio, and diversity of final slate.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor'sDegree,majorin Business Administration or Human Resource Management or other relatedfieldand 1 - 3yearsHuman Resources experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE/ TECHNICAL TRAINING:

  • Thorough understanding ofhiring andstaffing practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment laws (NLRB, EEOC, etc.).

Professionalcertifications in HR or TApreferred.

  • Must have prior Talent Acquisition experience in manufacturingor productionindustries.
  • Demonstrated professional growth within HR, Staffing and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Must beexperienced andproficient withsourcingplatforms such asLinkedIn Recruiter,indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other similarsystems.
