• Valid and active licensure in the state of Washington as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy and a compassionate demeanor towards clients, providing a safe space for their experiences.
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload efficiently and complete necessary administrative tasks.

• Experience in a clinical setting working with adults, adolescents, or families.
• Familiarity with mental health documentation requirements and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of specific therapeutic techniques suitable for trauma-informed care.
