Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 + Bonus
Location: Tampa, FL
Candidates must currently reside in Florida or be within reasonable relocation distance to the Tampa area.

Key Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer

• Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning functions

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives

• Drive annual budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and board-level reporting processes

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations regarding profitability, cash flow, investments, and operational performance

• Develop and enhance KPIs, financial reporting packages, and executive dashboards

• Lead banking, lender, investor, and external stakeholder relationships

• Oversee internal controls, compliance, risk management, and financial governance processes

• Evaluate and improve systems, processes, and financial infrastructure to support continued growth

• Lead and develop accounting and finance teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

• Support M&A, capital raising, due diligence, and strategic transactions as needed


Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

CPA required

• 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience

• Previous CFO, VP of Finance, Corporate Controller, or senior finance leadership experience required

Technology and/or SaaS industry experience required

• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash flow management, and strategic planning

• Experience working with executive leadership, boards, lenders, investors, and external stakeholders

• Demonstrated success scaling finance organizations within growing businesses

• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls

• Experience with ERP implementations, reporting systems, and process improvement initiatives preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
