ob Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented and observant individuals to join our team as Shopper Insights Associate . As a Client Insights Associate, you will visit retail stores, restaurants, or service providers posing as a regular customer to evaluate the quality of service, cleanliness, product knowledge, and overall customer experience. Your feedback will help companies improve their customer service and operational standards.

AGES: 21-25 required for this job due to the Bars Program regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned locations (or complete online/phone assignments) and pose as a typical customer.
  • Observe and evaluate customer service, employee behavior, product availability, cleanliness, and store appearance.
  • Follow specific assignment guidelines and scenarios provided for each shop.
  • Record detailed and objective observations in a written report.
  • Submit completed reports by the specified deadline.
  • Maintain confidentiality of your role and identity as a mystery shopper.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
