Job Summary:

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport goods and materials efficiently and safely within the warehouse or production environment. This role involves loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts to move materials and products safely
  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
  • Stack and store goods in designated areas
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report issues
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
