Location: Nationwide (Home Base: Flexible)
Schedule: OTR - Long-haul Mixed Freight
Pay Rate: Earn 88% of gross revenue per load; typical weekly net for experienced drivers: $1,800 - $4,000 after expenses.

As a partner carrier, you'll have access to consistent freight, premium equipment, and a team that treats you like family-not a number. You run your truck, your way-with the support and resources of a professional dispatch, accounting, and compliance team.
Responsibilities
  • Safely operate and maintain your leased tractor and drive trailer(s) under DOT/FMCSA regulations.
  • Deliver freight on time, communicate proactively with dispatch and account for any delays.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain your equipment in road-worthy condition.
  • Maintain accurate logs, stay compliant with the ELD (electronic logging device) rules, hours-of-service, and company safety policies.
  • Represent USA Logistics Inc. with professionalism, integrity and a customer-first mindset.

Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Minimum 2 years of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and desirable PSP (Pre-employment Screening Program) record.
  • Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background check.
  • Effective at time-management and clear communication with dispatch, accounting and clients.
