Job description

Our client, a leader in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking a Textile Machine Operator - 12 hour Day Shift to join their team. As a Textile Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Textile Machine Operator - 12 Hour Day Shift 

Location: Marion, NC

Pay Range: $17.55- $19.55/HR 

What's the Job?

  • Operate and monitor textile machinery to ensure efficient production.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

What's Needed?

  • Manufacturing experience is required.
  • Ability to work 12 hr day shifts. 
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Effective communication skills.
