Job description

Seeking a skilled and experienced Waterjet Operator to join our production team. The operator will be responsible for setting up and operating waterjet cutting machines to cut materials according to precise specifications.
Responsibilities:
  • Read and understands blueprints.
  • Following directions/instructions step-by-step. Has knowledge of speeds, feeds, and tooling.
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as cutting parts per order.
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of the components.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Ability to use calipers and other measuring tools accurately.
  • Able to use an overhead crane, and other lifting devices. able to operate forklift.
  • Maintain work area and equipment: clean, orderly, and safe.
  • Follow all safety rules.
  • Ability to Perform any Required Duties as a team member.
