The Role:


Conceptual Design that aligns with Brand Standards

  • Explore and execute creative solutions that are visually inspiring and conceptually sound.
  • Develop original and innovative visual concepts for branding and advertising campaigns
  • Develop and execute full brand design
  • Partner with Creative team members to brainstorm ideas, refine concepts and ensure alignment with creative strategy


Elevate Client Feedback

  • Make the project better by building upon initial concept and exploring new approaches.
  • Address design challenges with thoughtful solutions rooted in both creative and strategy


Production and File Preparation

  • Translate and comp current direction to various formats for campaign and client asks
  • Prepare and finalize print and digital files, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards
  • Resize and reformat various pieces for a variety of size and layout requirements
  • Handle versioning and updates to files, incorporating feedback efficiently and accurately
  • Take careful consideration and attention to detail to ensure all files are proofed, on time, on brand and in spec


Quality Assurance for Flawless Execution

  • Conduct thorough reviews of creative assets to ensure visual consistency, accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, maintaining quality control throughout the process
  • Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure flawless execution of deliverables


Have Attention to Detail in all Aspects of Design

  • Apply careful consideration and attention to detail to ensure your files are on time, on brand and in spec.
  • Proof designs for accuracy and ensure all files are prepared for production


Participate in Presentations

  • Frequently share ideas and opinions internally, plays supporting role in presentations.
