Job description

We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder/Fabricator for heavy commercial and industrial projects. Candidates must be proficient in fabrication, installation, and blueprint reading, with strong experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and install structural components on commercial and industrial job sites
  • Perform MIG and stick welding to company and project standards
  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication prints
  • Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components accurately
  • Work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Assist with field installation and modifications as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience on heavy commercial/industrial projects
  • Proficiency in MIG and stick welding required
  • TIG welding experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints independently
  • Strong fabrication and fitting skills
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
