We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.


Job Description

As part of our Entry-Level Engineer Intern Program, you will gain hands-on experience working with next-generation wireless technologies while collaborating with experienced engineers on real-world product testing, validation, and deployment activities. This program is designed to develop future engineering talent and provide a pathway for growth within WNC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telecom System V&V Validation/Verification Field Support & Testing:Assist in evaluating wireless network performance (LTE / 5G NR) through active field testing and validation.
  • System Integration Product & Field Feedback: Systematically collect and analyze customer requirements and feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with senior engineers to diagnose system issues, validate new features, and optimize overall performance.

Academic Requirements

  • Degree:Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's inComputer Science,Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant Coursework/Projects:
    • Knowledge of 5G protocols, RF, Antenna, NTN, O-RAN standards, and broadband technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with 5G products, Wi-Fi routers, IoT platforms, and network diagnostics
    • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
