We are looking for a QA Tester for an existing vacancy in our IS department.ย  As aย Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of Salesforce solutions that supportย ourย wealth managementย business. Working within a collaborative Salesforce Centre of Excellence, you will help deliver high-quality releases that directlyย impactย user and client experiences.ย Our officesย operateย on a hybridย model withย three days a week in-office.ย ย ย ย 

What You Will Doย 
Test Planningย 
  • Create test plans aligned to sprints and overall solution landscape to ensure comprehensive test coverage and reduce delivery riskย 
  • Develop clear, detailed test cases based on user stories toย validateย business requirements and expected outcomesย 
  • Prepare and manage test data to support functional, integration and regression testing scenariosย 
  • Participate in agile planning activities toย identifyย testing considerations early, clarify acceptance criteria andย establishย a shared understanding to enable consistent delivery ofย high-qualityย solutions with reduced riskย 

Test Executionย 
  • Execute functional and non-functional tests across the Salesforce platform and integrated systems to ensure solution quality and reliabilityย 
  • Perform regression and integration testing to confirm platform stability across releasesย 
  • Support user acceptance testing by partnering with business stakeholders, clarifyingย issuesย andย assistingย withย timelyย resolution of defectsย 

Testing Practiceย 
  • Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, administrators, and product owners as part of an agile delivery model to consistently deliver high quality solutionsย 
  • Helpย identifyย and implement practical improvements to testing practices that increase team productivity and solution qualityย 
  • Contribute to the definition of test metrics and reports that clearly communicate quality status, risk areas, and readiness for releaseย

What You Bringย 
  • 6+ years of experience as a quality assurance testerย 
  • High attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersย 
  • Strong understanding of testing practices, including functional, regression, and integration testingย 
  • Experience in a quality assurance role involving the Salesforce platform and multi-systemย solutionsย 
  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales, Serviceย andย third partyย appsย 
  • Wealth management domain experience is an assetย 
  • Provenย track recordย of continuous learning and leadershipย 
ย 
The salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000. ย The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation for this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
