Job description

We are seeking qualified Multi-Level NDT Technicians (Level I, II, and III) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of non-destructive testing methods and be capable of performing inspections in accordance with applicable codes, customer specifications, and company procedures. This position supports a variety of industries, including manufacturing, petrochemical, power generation, aerospace, and industrial facilities.
Candidates must possess the Core Four NDT certifications: Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT).
Required Certifications
  • ASNT Level II or equivalent certification in:
    • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
    • Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
    • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
    • Radiographic Testing (RT)
  • Current state or company certifications as required
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform NDT inspections using MT, PT, UT, and RT methods.
  • Interpret and evaluate inspection results in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and customer specifications.
  • Prepare accurate inspection reports and required documentation.
  • Maintain inspection equipment and ensure proper calibration.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Communicate inspection findings with customers, supervisors, and project teams.
  • Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training.
  • Travel to customer locations as required.
  • Perform additional inspection methods or duties as assigned.
Level II Qualifications
  • Certified Level II in the Core Four methods.
  • Independently perform, interpret, and document inspections.
  • Set up and calibrate equipment.
  • Train and mentor Level I technicians.
  • Ensure inspections meet applicable code and customer requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current certifications in MT, PT, UT, and RT.
  • Strong understanding of ASNT, ASTM, API, AWS, and other applicable industry standards.
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
