Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN | Outpatient Testing | Assessment Role with Autonomy

About the Role

IPS is seeking a Psychometrist to support psychological and neuropsychological testing in our Baltimore outpatient practice. This role offers flexibility for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules, with a mix of in-office and remote administration. You will work directly alongside supervising psychologists on the administration, scoring, and documentation of assessments for children, adolescents, and adults referred for ADHD, autism, learning disorder, and general diagnostic clarification.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and score standardized cognitive and psychological assessments, including:
    • WAIS-IV/WAIS-5, WISC-V
    • MMPI-3, MCMI-IV, PAI
    • TOVA and other computerized measures
    • ADOS-2
  • Observe and document patient behavior and test-taking approach
  • Draft testing sections and behavioral observations to support integrated psychological reports
  • Complete clinical record reviews and contribute findings to case formulations
  • Apply DSM-5-TR criteria to assist in diagnostic clarification under psychologist supervision
  • Coordinate testing logistics and scheduling with psychologists and clinical staff
  • Ensure timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
  • Maintain test security and adhere to HIPAA and ethical assessment standards
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field required; Master's preferred
  • Experience in psychological testing or behavioral health strongly preferred
  • Working familiarity with DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable with EHR platforms and Google Workspace
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • PRN candidates: availability for at least one consistent day per week
