Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.
Encompasses the following;
  • IST Test Operator
  • Test Operator

Responsibilities:
  • Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies and/or final systems.
  • Follows test process instructions (TPI).
  • Determines test specifications, methods and procedures from statement of work (SOW).
  • Complete rework on assemblies and/or final systems.
  • Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
  • May perform other tasks including but not limited to unpacking, packaging, placing labels and crating.

Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic office applications, such as word processors, spreadsheets and databases
  • Familiarity with computer components and handling
  • Ability to regularly lift, push and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for a prolonged period
  • Ability to work on ladders or stools
