Test prep instructors may work individually or in group settings, both in-person and online. Their goal is to help students achieve the highest possible scores and meet their educational or career goals.

Familiarity with online learning platforms, digital assessment tools, and standardized test formats is typically required. Excellent communication, patience, and motivational skills help instructors engage and support diverse learners. These abilities ensure that students receive effective instruction, build confidence, and achieve their target test scores.
