The Test Lab Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing test laboratory to ensure all testing activities meet stringent quality and safety standards. This position is responsible for managing a team of technicians and engineers, coordinating testing schedules, and maintaining laboratory equipment to support product development and quality assurance processes. The supervisor ensures compliance with industry regulations and internal protocols, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy. By collaborating closely with crossโ€‘functional teams such as production, engineering, and quality control, the supervisor facilitates timely identification and resolution of product issues. Ultimately, this role ensures that all products leaving the manufacturing process meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements, contributing to the companyโ€™s reputation for excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
