Job description

The NOCO Company is seeking a passionate and driven Electronic Test Technician to assist with product warranty returns and in the diagnostic testing of the returns. This position may also test newly developed products for release into production as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in diagnosing warranty returns, testing and qualifying new products, and testing current products.
  • Perform all basic tasks required in electrical/electronic occupations, such as soldering, lugging, crimping, etc.
  • Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Perform other various duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Associate of Science in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
    • An Associates of Science in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred.
  • 2 + years of experience in testing electronic systems.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience with training others.
  • Experience with circuit diagnostics down to the component level.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with power electronics and high-current applications.
  • Reliability, communication skills, workmanship, and good judgment are essential traits.
  • Salary Dependent on Experience.
