???? Troubleshooting, Repair & Calibration

  • Diagnose and repair PCB assemblies down to the component level using schematics and advanced test equipment
  • Perform calibration, final assembly, and functional testing of precision instruments
  • Service and repair customer-returned equipment to restore full operational performance

???? Quality & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate repair logs, production records, and inventory tracking
  • Follow established manufacturing and quality assurance procedures
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reliability

???? Collaboration & Customer Support

  • Communicate with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support
  • Work closely with engineering, production, sales, and purchasing teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across departments

???? Education & Experience

  • Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military/technical training
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronics troubleshooting and repair

  • Experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools
