Make a difference as a Test Technician
- Follow customer approved board-level and system-level electronic tests.
- Verify functional status of manufactured and purchased products under supervision from Senior Technicians.
- Identify and report concerns with test documentation to Senior Technicians.
- Work with Senior Technicians to resolve technical problems that may arise during testing process.
- Maintain test documentation as required.
- Assists with other required tasks in the Test Labs, as needed.
What we're looking for in a Test Technician
- 2+ years' experience in handling electronic test equipment (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power Supply, Signal Generator, etc.) is required.
- Ability to read and interpret schematic and block diagrams.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions from Test Procedures.
- Experience working with High voltage, High current, and/or High frequency (RF) boards and systems is a plus.
- ITAR, and Aerospace certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions is required
Work Environment/Physical & Mental Requirements
- This position operates in a Test Lab.
- This position requires constant operation of a computer, tools, and test equipment.
- This position requires moving printed circuit boards and equipment weighing up to 20lbs.
