Key Responsibilities
Insurance Domain Testing
Lead QA efforts for insurance applications including claims processing underwriting and policy management
Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to define test scenarios aligned with regulatory and compliance standards
Validate integrations with thirdparty insurance platforms and data providers
Automation Leadership
Architect and implement test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium Playwright
Drive CICD integration for automated regression and smoke testing
Oversee API testing UI testing and data validation across web and mobile platforms
GenAI LLM Testing
Define and execute test strategies for GenAI workflows including prompt engineering hallucination detection and model evaluation GenAILLM Simplify
Build AI testing frameworks to validate LLM outputs for accuracy bias safety and reliability
