Position Overview
As a Team Member, you are the face of Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop. You’ll help deliver our mission of “Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time” by preparing delicious food, serving guests with a smile, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative team to ensure every guest enjoys the same high-quality food and service that has made Capriotti’s a fan favorite nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the register or drive-thru (where applicable)
  • Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Capriotti’s recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
  • Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly and accurately
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to create a positive, high-energy environment
  • Complete assigned training programs and participate in ongoing skill development
