Licensed Therapist Opportunities in BH

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide evidence-based treatment, intervention, and prevention services to, sexual offenders, domestic batterers, their families, and the community.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare Criminal Background Check.
  2. Master's degree required in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
  3. Current professional license in the State of Idaho (LPC, LMSW).
  4. Ability to be certified by oversight agencies (SOMB, ICODVVA, etc.)
  5. Work experience or specialized training in the sexual, familial abuse, or domestic violence fields.
  6. Ability to work a flexible work schedule including a minimum of two evenings per week.
  7. Ability to transport self to Ada and Canyon offices, as required by Program Manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Valid LCSW or LCPC or equivalent license in the state of Idaho.
  2. Good speech and oral presentation skills.
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Experience providing services within a grant or "soft money" funded programs.
  5. Familiarity with EHR database programs, email, Excel, and Word. .
  6. Knowledge of the criminal justice system process, agencies, and systems theory.
  7. Advanced training and experience in the field of trauma and abuse.
