Job description

We are a market leader in the brand marketing and sales industry, and are seeking a Marketing and Brand Specialist to join our Sales team. The Marketing and Brand Specialist acts as a liaison between the customer and our clients by highlighting our clients offers. The Marketing and Brand Specialist is a key member of our Team, responsible for planning and leading all brand promotions throughout the local area. The Marketing and Brand Specialist works side by side with the Brand Manager by assisting in the branding and marketing for our clients, staying within any budgetary constraints, and working with fellow team members to ensure our brands are properly advertised.

The Suitable Candidate


The ideal Marketing and Brand Specialist is a creative, organized, communicative and driven professional who possesses the desire to cultivate and develop a successful marketing and sales firm. Qualifications and experience preferences include but are not limited to:

  • Illuminating and fostering a strong confident demeanor to help ease potential consumers with your vast knowledge and confidence within our clients product offerings
  • Providing about 1-2 years of brand marketing, sales or customer service experience to increase the value of your role
  • Flexibility with scheduling: Working in the brand marketing industry does require you to work some nights/ weekends due to the fast-paced market and environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be able to verbally articulate our clients product offerings to various types of potential consumers to ensure they are reaching their target audience
  • Must be able to read and recognize potential consumers needs in order to provide them with a customized experience
  • Must show team camaraderie by assisting fellow colleagues in need of help with client information, new sales tactics and potential new consumer leads
  • Must be able to work at least four days a week: this position is a full-time role
  • Must be able to invest additional time to learn new marketing and sales strategies, new client products, and troubleshooting different territories
