Palm Terrace Apartments is seeking a highly experienced Bilingual Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and understands what it takes to keep a community operating at its best.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a maintenance professional who can hit the ground running, complete quality apartment turns, respond promptly to work orders, and provide outstanding service to our residents.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Complete apartment turns and make-readies with a goal of getting units rent-ready quickly and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
  • Complete work orders professionally and within established timelines
  • Assist with preventative maintenance and property improvement projects
  • Maintain curb appeal and support overall property operations
  • Participate in the on-call rotation as required
Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Strong apartment maintenance experience required
  • Proven success completing apartment turns and make-readies
  • HVAC troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and personal maintenance tools required
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of urgency
