What your responsibilities will be:

  • Building Relationships: You'll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they're satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create "Customers for Life" by delivering excellent service every time.
  • Managing Your Service Route: You'll be responsible for the daily operations of your Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
    • Perform residential pest control, crawl space services, and termite inspections.
    • Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
    • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
    • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
    • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
  • Safety First: You'll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve.

Qualifications

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary!
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use ladders within the manufacturer's weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
