We're looking for a Terminal Manager who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team.

Shift: First Shift (hours as business needs require)

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily terminal operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused service.
  • Maintain compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop drivers and terminal staff.
  • Establish, monitor, and improve operational performance metrics.
  • Identify efficiencies through technology and process improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Analyze operational data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and drive change.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience creating and improving workflows and operational processes.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with TMW, Samsara, or other transportation management software is preferred.
