Position Summary

The Terminal Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of terminal operations supporting Commercial Driver License (CDL) Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers. This position provides leadership to drivers and terminal personnel while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant transportation operations. The Terminal Manager oversees driver performance, regulatory compliance, fleet utilization, customer service, and operational efficiency to achieve company goals.

  • Direct and oversee all day-to-day terminal operations.
  • Supervise and support CDL OTR drivers to ensure safe, timely, and efficient cryogenic molecule movement.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, maintenance, and logistics team to maximize operational performance.
  • Monitor delivery schedules, equipment availability, and driver productivity.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of tractors, trailers, and terminal resources.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of transportation or logistics management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience managing CDL drivers.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, Hours of Service, and transportation regulations.
  • Experience managing OTR transportation operations.
  • Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ELD platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
