Associate, Third Party Management
Job Summary
Aids manager in communicating with and responding to thithird-partyrd party owner concerns. Analyzes and prepares pro-formas, budgets, value-add opportunities, and off budget requests.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Partner & Site Support: Handle inquiries (phone, email, JIRA), communicate site changes/pricing, and train new partners on financials.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Build and analyze pro forma models, track performance in Power BI, prepare budgets, and execute end-of-year financial tasks.
• Strategic Projects & Execution: Lead special projects, improve operational processes, identify revenue opportunities, and execute property/disposition strategies.
• Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate off-budget requests, draft partner communications, and support joint venture strategies.
• Operational Oversight: Track development performance, manage trade show logistics, and ensure site strategy execution.
• Underwriting & Valuation: Review underwriting, value acquisitions, and budget for third-party management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Real Estate from a four-year university or college preferred.
• Two to three years related experience and/or training in real estate or related field.
Competencies
• Strong analytical skills including financial modeling in Excel.
• Strong knowledge and skill-set for a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Dynamics AX cubes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Performs sedentary work in an office environment with limited lifting (less than 10 pounds) or walking required. Close visual acuity required to perform work at computer terminal. No exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Requires repetitive typing motion, talking, hearing, grasping and feeling.
