Bulk Environmental & Industrial is a fast-growing leading professional transportation and logistics services company providing long-haul transportation, collection, and loading of waste and other materials. 

                                                

JOB SUMMARY:

The Terminal Coordinator coordinates loading, unloading, monitoring, and maintenance activities. They also ensure delivery schedules are met and communicate changes or delays to customers. Implements all required safety policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure secure and safe operations. 

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily terminal operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
  •  Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  •  Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  •  Develop and implement strategies to improve terminal performance.
  •  Maintain accurate records of terminal activities and prepare reports as needed.
  •  Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in terminal operations.
  •  Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  •  Conduct regular inspections of terminal facilities and equipment.
  •  Implement and enforce standard operating procedures.
  •  Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints.
  •  Plan and coordinate terminal activities to meet operational goals.
  •  Monitor and analyze terminal performance metrics.
  •  Ensure proper maintenance and repair of terminal equipment.

Physical Demands

This position is considered to be mostly sedentary and will require the employee to sit for extended periods of time. It will also require the employee to occasionally stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. They may engage in bending, stretching, reaching, and other motions in the course of a working day. They will be engaged in using office equipment and computers. They may engage in lifting supplies and materials up to 20 pounds from time to time. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to see, talk, and hear.
