Job description

JOIN OUR TEAM –
Since 1996, Celina Tent, Inc. (CELINA) has grown from a family-owned tent company into a nationally recognized manufacturer serving commercial event professionals, industrial operations, emergency response teams, and the U.S. defense community. What started as a tent company has evolved into a full-scale American manufacturing operation designing and producing fabric structures used around the world.
This is not a “sit behind a desk and post on social media” marketing role.
At CELINA, marketing sits close to the action. You’ll work directly with leadership, sales, operations, product development, and manufacturing to help drive growth across multiple markets. One day may involve launching a campaign for a new commercial tent product. The next could involve supporting industrial manufacturing initiatives, military shelter programs, or major trade events.
We move fast, build real products, and solve real problems. If you enjoy ownership, creativity, strategy, analytics, and seeing your work directly impact the business, this is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful.
What You’ll Do
The Marketing Specialist supports CELINA’s day-to-day marketing operations across digital advertising, email marketing, website management, SEO initiatives, campaigns, analytics, and vendor coordination. This role helps execute marketing strategies, manage projects, track performance metrics, and ensure initiatives stay aligned with business goals and timelines.
The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working closely with internal teams and external partners. You should be equally comfortable reviewing campaign metrics, coordinating projects, building landing pages, managing ad campaigns, and helping bring new ideas to life.
Key Duties amp; Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Execute marketing campaigns across digital advertising, email marketing, website, and social media channels.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, retargeting campaigns, and related budgets.
  • Coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, promotional communications, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Support website updates, landing page development, SEO initiatives, and conversion optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and marketing team members to execute campaigns and projects.
  • Track and report marketing performance including leads, conversions, website traffic, advertising metrics, and campaign ROI.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and pricing research to support business strategy and positioning.
  • Coordinate trade shows, open houses, events, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Manage marketing projects, timelines, vendors, and campaign deliverables.
  • Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to manage workflows, segmentation, reporting, and campaign tracking.
  • Build dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and website performance.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, and marketing project management. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously while working with internal team members and external vendors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations, or demand generation.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience using email marketing and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, website content management, and landing page development.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Why CELINA?
Because this is not a marketing department built around “making flyers.” You’ll be part of a growing American manufacturer with real products, real customers, and real operational complexity. Our team supports industries ranging from live events and entertainment to industrial manufacturing and military shelter systems.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with leadership, contribute ideas, own projects, and help shape how the company communicates across multiple markets. We value people who take initiative, think strategically, solve problems, and want to grow.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay
  • Annual Bonus Potential
  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance
  • Supplemental Insurance Options
  • Paid Time Off
  • 9 Paid Holidays
  • Additional paid time off between Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match
CELINA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on any protected status under applicable law.
