Job Summary:

The Senior AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced AI systems that unlock measurable value, combining technical expertise with a focus on business impact.
Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI projects—from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
• Build robust, scalable, and secure AI systems leveraging cloud-native technologies and modern MLOps practices.
• Rapidly prototype new ideas, evaluate emerging technologies, and translate them into practical applications.
• Work closely with business leaders, data engineers, and analysts to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.
• Ensure models meet performance, fairness, and ethical standards while adhering to data governance policies.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 4-6 years of experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and common AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Strong experience with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering
• Deep understanding of data engineering, feature pipelines, and distributed computing
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience in MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model monitoring at scale
