Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an AI/ML Engineer with Salesforce experience to drive the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role will focus on developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered solutions that enhance platform capabilities and deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop AI/ML models and solutions within the Salesforce platform
* Implement predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent features using Salesforce Einstein and external AI frameworks
* Build and optimize machine learning pipelines for Salesforce data processing and insights generation
* Integrate third-party AI services and APIs with Salesforce applications
* Develop custom AI-enabled components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
* Configure and customize Salesforce Einstein features including prediction builder, recommendations, and discovery
* Design scalable data models to support AI/ML workloads within Salesforce architecture
* Implement automated testing frameworks for AI-enhanced Salesforce solutions
* Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to identify AI opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
* Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
* 3+ years of professional experience in software development, AI/ML, or related roles
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (development, configuration, or administration)
* Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages for AI/ML development
* Understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling
* Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
* Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, AI Specialist)
* Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, Einstein Prediction Builder, or Einstein Bots
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and AI services

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
