Familiarity with stringing machines, tension calibrators, and quality assurance tools is essential for consistent, professional results. Collaboration with sales staff, coaches, or athletes may be needed to meet deadlines or address special requests during busy tournaments. Additionally, clear documentation of work and maintaining high standards of quality control are important aspects of the job. These tasks make the role both hands-on and customer-focused, providing opportunities to build strong relationships with clients and grow within pro shops or sporting goods stores.

  • Passion for helping people love the game and grow their skills
  • Solid communication and leadership skills
  • 18 years or older and available to work varied shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
