Job description

North Shore Elite is seeking a highly organized, service-driven team member to support daily club operations while also assisting with tennis-related programming when needed. This role is primarily operational in nature, with tennis experience viewed as a strong asset rather than the core focus.

This is a front-line leadership position that plays a key role in ensuring the club runs smoothly, members receive exceptional service.

In This Role You Will:

Operations & Leadership

  • Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) to help oversee daily club operations and team coordination
  • Provide concierge-level service, assisting members with questions, needs, and problem resolution
  • Support front desk, fitness, and activity areas to ensure a smooth and welcoming club environment
  • Monitor facility flow, address operational issues, and communicate effectively with leadership teams
  • Help maintain standards related to safety, cleanliness, and overall member experience

Program & Activity Support

  • Assist with logistics and execution of club programming, events, and member activities
  • Support tennis operations including events, leagues, and scheduling as needed
  • Help drive participation by building relationships with members and understanding their interests
  • Contribute ideas that enhance engagement across all club departments

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or club operations
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
  • Tennis background preferred, but not required
