The VP, Growth & Partnerships is responsible for driving Genoa's Sales, Retention & Partnership strategy by leading high-performing teams focused on expanding pharmacy partnerships, delivering exceptional client engagement, and achieving aggressive revenue and margin goals. This role directly oversees Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships & Client Success functions and has matrix leadership for 340B Optimization and Marketing, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and seamless execution across all regions.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute Genoa's sales, retention and partnership strategies at the national, business-line level
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities and optimize existing partnerships
  • Represent sales, retention and partnerships in governance processes and strategic planning forums
  • Work closely with Operations, Marketing, 340B, Payer Relations and other teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with matrix partners to ensure Genoa partner impact is considered in financial decisions
  • Responsible for monthly forecasting, reporting, and tracking provider and consumer satisfaction via surveys
  • Own accountability for sales, retention and partnership functions; annually this will include $900M TCV for external accounts and $450M TCV for new sites
  • Sales Oversight
    • Lead a multi-tiered sales organization, including Sales Directors, Business Development Managers/Reps/Analysts
    • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and ensure attainment of sales targets
      Partnerships & Client Success
    • Oversee account management for Genoa's partners, focusing on risk mitigation, retention, and growth opportunities for top partners and those at risk
    • Direct oversight of specialized programs (eg 340B Program, Health Equity)
    • Evaluate new partnership feasibility and serve as a board member for relevant coalitions

Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, or related fields
  • Proven track record of leading multi-region teams and achieving aggressive growth targets
  • Proven solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and incentive programs
  • Proven excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels

Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience in behavioral health or pharmacy care services

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $130,000 to $240,000 annually based on full-time employment. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on sales performance. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
