We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Tender Touch Physical Therapy & Wellness in Renton, Washington. Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will work in a collaborative, supportive atmosphere alongside a diverse multidisciplinary team including other therapists, physicians, and healthcare providers. Our clinic is equipped with advanced rehabilitation equipment, and we utilize Evidence-based practices and cutting-edge rehabilitation protocols to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule and work-life balance.

  • Perform thorough initial evaluations of patients to establish their current physical abilities, limitations, and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education on injury prevention.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and optimize therapeutic interventions.
  • Educate patients and their families about injury management and rehabilitation processes to promote understanding and enhance cooperation during treatment.

This position primarily focuses on orthopedic patients ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to those with chronic pain conditions. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
