The Associate will work closely with senior brokers to develop business opportunities, conduct market research, support transaction execution, and build client relationships throughout the Seattle market and nationally. Through hands-on mentorship and training, the Associate will develop the skills necessary to build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage, with an emphasis on tenant representation.

The team combines expertise in tenant representation, agency leasing, and capital markets, allowing clients to access a full suite of industrial real estate services.

As part of a long-term growth strategy, the team continues to invest in talent, training, and market expansion. Associates work directly with senior brokers and receive hands-on mentorship across multiple disciplines, creating a strong foundation for a successful brokerage career. The team's goal is to continue growing its market share, develop future industry leaders, and build one of the most productive industrial brokerage platforms within Cushman & Wakefield.

Compensation & Benefits

This position is a commission compensation structure.

Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, date of hire, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
