We are seeking a dependable and personable Temporary Receptionist to support our Magnolia office. This position plays a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional first impression for our clients while helping maintain smooth day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming phone calls, greeting walk in clients, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Manage front desk activity, including directing foot traffic and ensuring clients are assisted in a timely and courteous manner
  • Accept and process client payments accurately and securely
  • Provide general administrative support such as scanning, filing, data entry, and handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist account managers and service staff with basic support tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
