Job description

RPh on the Go is hiring a Pharmacist in Charge for an opioid treatment center in Alexandria, LA. This is a part-time, 1-year contract with potential for extension or direct hire. Ideal for a pharmacist who is dependable and comfortable working independently.

Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) – Part-Time | Temp to Perm
Location: Alexandria, LA

Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
5:00 AM – 10:00 AM (20 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

Oversee pharmacy operations as PIC

Verify prescriptions and perform chart reviews

Fill prescriptions if no technician is available

Complete reports and documentation using Excel

Ensure compliance with all regulations


Requirements:

Active Louisiana Pharmacist license in good standing

3–5 years of experience

Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Substance abuse experience is a plus, not required


Pay: $65/hour
